We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all students using our online study materials.
This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled.
1. Digital Nature of Our Services
All ExamXtra subscriptions and materials are digital products.
Once access is granted, users can view and download content immediately — therefore, refunds are limited to specific cases described below.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

You are buying digital educational content, not a physical product.

Access becomes available immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment for the same order.

Technical errors causing failure to access the purchased content after successful payment.

Incorrect amount charged due to a system or gateway error.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or accidental purchases.

Completion or partial use of the digital materials.

Failure to use the service within the subscription period (30 days).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once approved:

Refunds are processed through the Bank of Maldives (BML) Payment Gateway.

Refund payments are handled by ALITO, our authorized payment partner.

Refunds will be credited to the same bank card or account used for the original transaction.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on your bank’s processing time).
5. Subscription Renewals
Each ExamXtra subscription is valid for 30 days.
Renewal is optional and must be completed manually by the student.
We do not automatically renew or charge accounts without consent.
If you do not renew before expiry, your access will automatically pause until payment is made again.
6. Cancellations
Since ExamXtra materials are digital and instantly available:

Orders cannot be canceled after payment is successfully processed.

You may, however, choose not to renew your subscription at the end of the 30-day period.
7. Failed or Pending Transactions
If your payment shows as “pending” or “failed”:

Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation.

If payment was deducted but your course access is not activated, contact us with proof of payment.
We will verify with BML / ALITO, and activate access manually if verified.
8. Disputes
If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank.
We are happy to investigate and resolve payment issues directly with BML or ALITO, to ensure faster service.
