Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their child’s use of ExamXtra, including payments made through our site.
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are either:

Have received consent and approval from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Registration
To access our materials, students must create an account using accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
ExamXtra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, false information, or violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription & Access
Each subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
After 30 days, the subscription must be renewed to continue accessing study materials.
Subscription plans and prices are clearly displayed on our website.
Access to content is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Payments
All payments are securely processed via the Bank of Maldives (BML) Payment Gateway.
Payment processing is managed by ALITO, our registered business in the Maldives.
We do not store or have access to your card details at any time.
Once payment is made, subscriptions are considered active and non-refundable unless otherwise required by Maldivian law.
6. Use of Materials
All content on ExamXtra — including text, graphics, videos, and PDFs — is the property of ExamXtra and protected by copyright laws.
Materials are provided for personal, educational use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.
Unauthorized sharing or duplication of materials may result in account termination.
7. Conduct & Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use ExamXtra responsibly and respectfully.
Avoid any attempt to access, copy, or distribute materials outside the platform.
Not use the website for illegal or harmful activities.
ExamXtra reserves the right to restrict access to any user who violates these conditions.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only available in cases of technical failure (e.g., duplicate payment or content not accessible after confirmation).
